cf8bet engages trusted third-party service providers to assist in operating the Platform. cf8bet may disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), the Philippine National Police (PNP), the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), or any other competent authority where required or permitted by applicable Philippine law, including in response to a lawful court order, subpoena, or regulatory directive.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or substantially all of cf8bet's assets, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction. cf8bet will notify you of any such transfer and the privacy practices of the acquiring entity prior to your data being transferred and becoming subject to a different privacy policy.

The cf8bet Platform is strictly intended for persons aged 21 years and above. cf8bet does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If cf8bet becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, it will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.

cf8bet reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
