A bet is only valid and binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by the cf8bet system. cf8bet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: the bet exceeds applicable stake limits; there is a technical error or system malfunction; the bet is placed on an event or game that has already concluded; or cf8bet has reasonable grounds to suspect the integrity of the bet.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on cf8bet. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted by cf8bet at any time without prior notice. cf8bet reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits where it deems appropriate.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cf8bet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

cf8bet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your cf8bet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
cf8bet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude cf8bet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

In the event of any dispute between you and cf8bet arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice by either party, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, cf8bet reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
